OUR PROGRAMS
We offer Progression and Practical Programs, on Sundays from 2pm-4pm as well as Cultural/Extracurricular Activities before and after Chinese classes.
Our Progression Program is structured much like conventional K-12 school program which works on teaching students cumulatively build knowledge on how to read, write, listen to, and speak Chinese. This is recommended for students who are able to immerse and practice Chinese regularly at home with their family members.
Our Practical Development Programs are tailored for students and adults who are more new or have less exposure to the Chinese language to bolster the listening and speaking aspect of the language while still learning basic reading and writing skills.
Wei Hwa Chinese School provides extracurricular activities and cultural classes for both children and adults. Currently we offer Chinese Yo-Yo classes for students and Tai Chi classes for adults.
